The Functional Literacy is the essence of study, research and first hand experience of Sh. R S Ahluwalia and Dr. Inderpreet Kaur who are the Core Team members of the management. Sh R S Ahluwalia has rich work experience with different companies in India and abroad. ICICIPru, Gecis (India), Novartis (East Hanover, USA), Westpac (Australia). Overall experience of more than 16 years in the field of marketing, operations, transition, training and compliance. B.Com graduate with EPGM from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata. Sh R S Ahluwalia designed and developed the Functional Literacy under the guidance of Late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam the most loved President of India in Year 2010 and 2011.
Sh R S Ahluwalia and Dr Inderpreet Kaur realized the need for a transformation in the preschool sector once their own kids started attending school. Post study of more than 100 Pre School Models across the nation, and realizing the necessity for a holistic development of the child in the early years, Functional Literacy model for Pre School is introduced. With application of ancient Indian thought of child education with best practices from the modern Japanes, German, US and UK, early year learning system has been developed. Functional Literacy is designed to ensure comprehensive solution for anyone looking for fun learning for their children along with full mental, emotional and physical development of child.
